This water meter is a brand new mechanical pre-purchased water meter independently developed and manufactured by our company. It achieve full mechanical automatic control of the switch valve and manually set the pre-purchased tons. This water meter has accurate metering, simple operation, convenient installation, and is for urban and rural water supply metering and management.

● Installation and maintenance:

1. The water meter should be selected based on the flow rate that is often used in the pipeline, should be less than or close to the water meter's normal flow rate. It is not appropriate to determine the water meter solely based on the pipeline diameter.

2. The meter must be installed horizontally, with the counting side facing up, and the arrow direction on the meter case should be consistent with the direction of the water flow. There should be a of more than 200mm above the water meter to facilitate pre-purchased water operations; a valve must be installed in front of the water meter for easy removal pre-purchased water.

3. The installation location should avoid exposure to sunlight, freezing, pollution, and waterlogging to facilitate disassembly and meter reading;

4 For newly installed pipelines, it is necessary to thoroughly flush out stones, sand,  and other debris from the pipeline before installing the water meter to avoid causing water meter faults

5. To ensure correct metering, the faucet should be higher than the water meter;

6. The water meter should not be directly connected to the pipeline. It be connected to the pipeline through connecting pipes, sealing gaskets, and connecting nuts. When disassembling, do not forcefully twist to avoid damaging the meter case and affecting operation;

7. It is strictly prohibited to install or disassemble the water meter by oneself and to install it in any abnormal way, which may cause damage to the quantitative, making the water meter unable to work normally.

● Pre-purchased water service

1. When the water meter leaves the factory, the valve is in the open state, and the-purchased water volume is set to 20 tons (you can also set it to a certain amount of water first, pay first and then use it), and relevant personnel of the water supply department will provide door-to-door service. Use a special tool to open the valve, and adjust the water meter to the required water volume according the user's required water volume, and then seal the front cover of the water meter and it can be used.

2. When the user needs to purchase water, can call the water supply department, and the relevant staff will provide door-to-door service according to the above method.

3. When the water meter is close to purchased water volume (the pointer of the reading window is close to 0), the user can call the water supply department in advance to avoid unnecessary trouble.

4. the water output is significantly reduced, the early warning prompt function is turned on, and the user needs to continue to purchase water.
